Hi there, I’m Katy. For me, whole-body, whole-life wellness is rooted in a strong, functional core and pelvic bowl. I’ve been teaching yoga, dance and restorative movement for over 20 years and have gathered a toolbox of techniques and tools to help women heal from pelvic dysfunction and get stronger as well as more mobile and wise in their bodies.

I work with women 1-1 and in small groups so we can create customized sessions that focus on your needs, on your schedule. We dive deep into your unique movement patterns and lifestyle and help you create your own toolbox so you feel at home and in charge of your body - on and off the mat.
